Hi, I'm looking some help as my aniexty is sending my brain in to overdrive. 
 

im 20 years old and for the last 7 or so months I've been experience heavy bleeding and pain during and after intercourse with my long term boyfriend. The pain is in the bottom of my stomach. The bleeding is usually quite heavy and I do need to wear a pad after for up to 12 hours. I've been to the doctors twice now who said I had corrosion on my cervix and mild thrush so gave me a tablet for the thrush and said hopefully this will help the corrosion and stop the pain. It didn't work so then she put me on a pill for one month. This also didn't stop the pain or bleeding.  I then left it for about 3 months which brings me up until now. I rung the doctor and she has booked me in for a smear test tomorrow (Monday 7th June). She actually said the smear clinic is full but she would do the smear for me which has made me more worried as she doesn't want me to wait for a normal appointment at the clinic. Cervical cancer hadn't even crossed my mind until she said about a smear. I then have googled symptoms and I have quite a few which I didn't think would be related. I've had pains in my thighs for the last 2 or so months so bad I couldn't sleep at night. I also have been going to the toilet a lot more frequently and have pain in my lower back. 
 

im just looking some advice am I overthinking this or has anyone experienced similar and been diagnosed. I'm so young and worried that I've let the bleeding go on so long that it could be bad.
