About a month ago I discovered a weird tissue lump under my skin on my labia majora. You couldn't see much but I could feel it, almost like a group of tough tissue had developed. A month on I have now got a very painful lump/spot that is visible and hurts to touch. It is sort of red/purple and about the size of a large pea, while the tough tissue underneath is much large and an irregular shape. Any ideas what it could be?
