Hello All 

I went for my first smear test today and to say I have left the doctors worried sick is an understatment. The nurse was unable to complete my smear due to abnormal bleeding during the test and some abnormal bumps and has made an urgent referral to Gynecology but I need to wait 2 weeks to hear about an appointment. I was told it could be one of two things sensitivity or something more serious that could need further investigation. I am clinging onto the hope that it is just sensitivity! 

Has anyone deal with anythign similar or could offer me some advise to stop the worrying, 2 weeks seems like a life time to wait for an appointment :sad:
