Hi,

first time posting on here. I have had intense abdominal  pain that is like 10/10 and it goes to my lower back. I also have oily slick in the toilet when I go and do a poo. My urine is dark yellow. All my bloods show is a UTI but I have had this for a while now. I have had ultra sound scan which just showed that I have fatty liver and now have a CT scan booked in on Friday. I really worry that I have pancreatic cancer, I am 55 years old male and know that this pain isn't related to my gallbladder as that was removed 2 years ago. I feel so desperate now and ideally don't want to take painkillers as I stopped them today but at the same time I feel that this pain is so debilitating that I am unable to function without taking them. I get so frustrated when doctor after doctor says oh well your bloods are ok, your ultra sound was ok (albeit fatty liver). I just want them to give me a diagnosis of something because there is something clearly wrong with my insides. They haven't investigated my pancreas yet but I guess the CT scan will show up anything wrong there.
