I previously posted about my first smear test that I attended two weeks ago on Friday past , received results on 25th so under two weeks later as mentioned in previous post been having symptoms for years but due to sexual trauma I struggled to go in for smear for various reasons anyway fast forward 25th got my results and have HPV said this was found and they have seen changes at neck of womb so I'm now awaiting a colposcopy sorry forgive my spelling , I really wish I had gone for my smear sooner as been having so many symptoms for so many years , just looking to see what to expect and if anyone has any advice I suffer from ptsd and extreme anxiety through trauma and the smear test was difficult enough but just relieved I actually went and didn't leave it another five years as turning 30 next year and just having my first smear hadn't been clever
