Hello everyone, i am new here, and wanted to ask you for advice.

Almost a year ago i startet to have diarrhoea every day for a few months, i was diagnosed with helicobacter,  took antibiotics all clear, but still had diarrhoea,  all the test for hidden blood, bacteria in stools, celiaca all clear, then after few months all backed to normal and from october last year diarrhoea caming and going. I pursued colonoscopy and gastroscopy which was done 3 months ago, all clear, bipsy was taken all clear as well, the only thing which they found around anus are hemorrhoids,  

Doctor said it must be ibs. Few days ago i had a belly pain typical for diarrhoea so wentvto toilet and i felt like i will faint,  so week i could not move my arm, as well i vomit once. Afer this i felt normal but next day i noticed a little blood on the paper it was maroon colour, and next day i had a moderate amount of maroon colour mucis or blood clot but not so thick, i did not had any pain in my bottom, just if i dont wash my self after poo ,bottom ichy . I call the doctor and show her picture of the blood ,she said that is blood clot, and book me in to check my back passage.

It was one off with blood , and i am really worried now that colonoscopy missed cancer.

Any advice, please
