Hi, 3 months ago I developed shooting pain and could barely stand up straight i thought appendix went to A&E and sent to gyne they done an ultrasound and mentioned cysts and was i ever diagnosed with polycystic ovaries - never mentioned before so that was a no he told me to come back in 3months time  to check if they dissapeared still waiting on an appointment. I'm having irregular bleeding between periods since 15 so nothing new for me but now  I have lower back ache and constipation with pelvic pressure. Any advice? Should I have they cysts checked with internal ultrasound or is abdominal enough? Thanks

Also I had lettz treatment for cín 3 5 years ago but not had a smear in 2 years due to restrictions and waiting times
