Burning sensation in right breast

For the past few months I've been having a what I can only describe as a burning sensation in my right breast, my doctor couldn't feel any lumps but has referred me to go for a mammogram that's due on the 3rd June 2021, I'm 51 no children not had a period for 16 years, so I don't think it's due to the menapause if I'm honest I am worried but I'm trying not to be probably nothing but doesn't hurt to get it looked at

    Hopefully your appointment will be all ok and nothing there but I totally understand that your worried.

    Try and keep occupied easier said than done I know.
