Hello,

I have my hospital appointment tomorrow after being referred to a Maxillion facial doctor by my dentist for a non healing sore on the roof of my mouth. I also have a small white patch on my tounge that the Dr thinks is maybe due to it sitting on my sore. I'm in two minds about this as I've had the sore on the roof of my mouth a long time now 7yrs + (never had it seen before now) and the non changing white patch on my tounge for 11months now. My throat is swollen feeling and I do have oral warts on my tounge. These are being removed tomorrow and a biopsy of one of the sores along with blood tests for cell changes.  It hurts to swollow and eat due to the sores and throat, I think the warts are the cause for that. I have very bad mental confusion and have noticed this worsen over the past month. Extreme fatigue and my body aches constantly. I suspect I have had HPV for around 15+  now, only due to the fact I have genital warts just before my 20s. I am now 38 this July. So I have read that cancer can occur after long periods of being infected with HPV. So this makes me quite worried about the results that may come back but this is natural. I think the reason I'm posting is that nobody has told me anything about what could be going on. No cancer really has been mentioned to me only I assume with them doing these tests that's what is being looked into. I have had to do all the research myself but that can lead down a very scary road. I cannot see my doctor for other issues I have going on at the moment as even though I have mentioned these tests I have coming up I have only been given a telephone appointment next week. I feel like I'm going into this blind and I need to prepare myself for every eventuality especially with having small children. I would at least expect them to have went into more detail but the Dr I seen at hospital was very quiet and actually quite rude at points. Whom also has told me I have signs of liver disease, I mentally can't cope with so many problems and not a lot of information my professionals. I think I'm meant to know myself but I don't. I also have countless and very severe head pains and neck and head tightness, very similar to what I believe Occipital neuralgia. I have had a CT scan that was clear but no follow up on this, just medication that barely touches the pain I feel from this. If anyone has got this far thank you for reading.
