A few days ago I found a lump just above my left breast so kind of on my Sternum I guess you could say. It's pretty large and rock solid doesn't move so I was very very anxious. It's painless and when I looked to see if I have any other symptoms I had slight nipple discharge (when I say slight I mean like barely any but enough to notice). 
 

Does this sound like breast cancer to anyone on here? I am hoping to go see my GP tomorrow but I'm also worried that a scan will take so long to have results back. I have already been diagnosed with anxiety and ocd so my worrying is making me sick to the point I can't do anything. 
 

Any advice or support would be great as I'm only 19 years old and never thought I'd be experiencing this at my age.
