I am a 19 year old, on January 2021 I just found a small lump in the left side of mouth floor l, it doesn't hurt and all, it's seem tkk on be along the salivary duct. This gave me soo much anxiety that I'm getting muscle twitches now.
Welcome to the forum Alan although I'm sorry about the lump you've found.
As the lump has been there a while and is causing you a lot of anxiety it may be worth booking an appointment with your dentist or GP as they'll be able to have a look and let you know if it's cause for concern. Hopefully this won't be the case but it's always best to get any unusual symptoms checked, if only for peace of mind.
