i am 65 and last September I started to get period like pains it was difficult to tell at first as I have a constant dull pain in pelvic area due to my right SI joiunt being out of align,ent anyhoo I then found brownish spotting on the toilet paper so I was sent for ultrasound that found womb lining only slightly thickened and the result was they felt nothing further to investigate.

Then last month it happened again this time there was also some bright red blood not lots by any means so I was sent for ultrasound again and again told womb li is lightly thickened maybe 5mm.  I am going to hospital tomorrow to find out what next if anything.  I am sure it isn't anything but until they say that you never know do you.
