Hi everyone so nervous to even write this as my head is muddled but driving myself insane with worry  I'll try keep it as simple as possible 

got rushed into hospital with what I'd describe as the worst period pains ever, in hosp they done US and found fluid in tubes, inflamed pelvis, obstruction on kidney (turnt out to be a stone) and mass in womb, put on antibiotics, I also started having blood in stools, constipation and diarrhoea, went for colonoscopy been diagnosed with bowel disease, since then I've had brown blood, spotting between periods, heavy periods, even worse fatigue, more bloating, pain in Legs and back, got sent for another urgent US and trans vaginal Monday just gone, sonographer was v quiet told me to phone doc in a week, well I had the call from doc 3 days after scan and have told me they've found a mass they've not been able to indetify in womb?? Words were 'blocking signals, Internal echoing, thickened endometrium can't identify???' kept asking if I was pregnant, no chance of that been single 2 years, also found a hemorrhagic cyst. Hour after the phone call I had a text from doc surgery reception to say they had tried making a gynea appt but none were available and to phone them by 21st,in a week, to speak to them also have bloods next week, wondering if ca125 ones? , I'm. Worried sick what does this all mean, I had pre cancer cn2-cn3 in cervix also had hpv, part of cervix taken out, mum has terminal lung cancer, I got a little girl 3 years old and I'm making myself feel ill googling and worrying its bad, doc seemed sympathetic and its worried me more, please anyone have any advice what foes this all mean it's so much to take in x
