Found a lump in breast.

I found a lump on Sunday, I knew it didn't right so rang and spoke to Dr on Monday. Had appointment to be examined in Thursday and she said definitely a lump there but it's not attached to skin which they said is good news!!

The lump doesn't hurt. Been referred to breast clinic and appointment came though Saturday for the 27th may!  My mum died almost a year ago and all I want to do is talk to her. I'm 43 and trying to be brave for hubby and keeping it quiet but I'm terrified out my mind.

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. Firstly I'm sorry to hear about your mum and also your current worries with what's going on. It's good to hear though that things seem to be moving quickly and you don't have too long to wait.

    This uncertainty and waiting for appointments is always difficult and I know there will be others here on the forum who have experienced the same.

    Thank you Ben, yeah it's not been the best year and this has certainly not helped. I am glad things are moving quick especially considering covid but it's the worse type of waiting. Will have a look at the link, thank you.
