So I have a <6mm completely round smooth purple/bluish hard pea like lump on my labia minora

Its been there a little while (probably about 3/4 years) when I first found it I went to the doctors who said it was nothing to worry about.

Since then I've been diagnosed with Lynch Syndrome (MHS6) which means I have an increased risk of colon cancer and womb cancee - so 2 years ago had a preventative total hysterectomy with BSO (no cancer found) and have regular screening colonoscopys (last one in April and all clear and pristine). I was tidying up down there and noticed the lump seemed to have got much darker - not bigger, but a little harder. No other problems, no pain, not sore, lesion and no itching. It's completely freaked me out and my mind has gone into overdrive. Convinced its cancer and now catastrophising and having panic attacks (predisposed) and I'll not be able to speak to the doctors until Monday- its kept me up all night and worry thoughts won't stop- which I know are not helpful. Feeling pretty awful and not sure how to stop the spiralling thoughts.
