Over the last 6 months I have completely lost my appetite and lost 6 stone in weight. I'm in pain after eating and my bowel habits have also changed significantly. I had been trying to see my GP since January who just kept sending me for blood tests but didn't speak to me or see me.

4 weeks ago I finally got a face to face and an urgent 2 week referral was put in for me to be seen by gastro. .2 days later I had a telephone appointment with a consultant who said he had already booked a few tests as he can't rule out something serious. 4 days later I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy the colonoscopy failed as they struggled to move through my bowel  followed by a full body ct scan and a colon ct scan which was 2 weeks ago today. I'm still waiting for results but they did say 10 to 14 days. I'm trying to keep calm and going down the route of no news is good news. As anyone else been through something similar.
