Hi all

Well, where to start, I've been obsessed since a visit to my doctor where she suggested showing me how to do a breast exam, I was checking but probably not correctly, well she found something she wanted me to check. Luckily it was nothing but I've been obsessed with checking for lumps since. 

My latest worry is this, 3 months ago I had a mamogram and ultrasound to check a particular lump which was normal breast tissue, yesterday I did my monthly check and the same lump feels a little firmer and now I'm stressing that a cancerous lump has formed in the same spot I know the mamo plus ultrasound would have picked this up before I could feel it and I need to chill but I kind of need to hear that from some other people please xxx
