After waiting 4 weeks I have finally had my results from my consultant. It's good news, although I'm still worried because of the wording of the letter.

The consultant says that the fluid aspirated and the core biopsies taken didn't show any concerning features. Yet in the next paragraph he says he wants to see me next month in the breast clinic to re examine my breast and determine whether further imaging is required.

My breast is itchy and lumpy again despite the cyst being drained 4 weeks ago.

I'm still worried, but can't get through to the consultant by phone.

Has anyone else had results like these?
