I had a breast biopsy last week and I'm awaiting my results. The doctors don't know what it is. I'm a single mum and only 34 so I'm losing my mind.
I don't know what to do.

I'm in a similar position. Im 30 and had a breast biopsy on May 4th and now awaiting the results.
The best thing I've learned is to stay very much in the moment. There is only now. Nothing scary is happening right now, so we're okay :)
Worrying and fretting and what ifs about the future change nothing. They only rob us of our peace.

I know logically being scared and fretting is not gonna help but I find it so hard to get my mind off everything.
