Hi everyone im 15 years old

as the title says ,im really worried , i can move it if it presse enough to the sides, its hard feels like a rock a bit , and it looks like a small egg around 3 cm height and like 2cm in width , its Painless and i dont feel it at all, only if i presse it hard 

what is it ? is it a cyst ? is it something dangerous ? what are the chances ?

side-notes: i had a highschool vaccine in that exact area like 2 months ago and recently and i dont know if im imagning but i have urge of urination and frequent in small amounts 

please tell me im worried and im crying ,  noticed it yesterday but i think its been there for longer
