Hi,

The last few weeks I've noticed a white spot on my nipple which kind of looks like if your breastfeeding and milk is trapped, but I'm not breastfeeding. I noticed last night a little blood in there too, nothing leaking out, just like it's stuck. I also keep feeling a tingling in my breast and I have a red mark under my armpit. 
 

I don't know if I would be wasting doctors time by going and worry they will just send me away saying it's nothing. Does it sound similar to something anyone has experienced? Could it just be an infection? I have a family history of breast cancer so am worrying but it could be nothing.
