Hi!

I've tonight found a large lump behind my nipple area of my breast. Its quite firm, feels like a stone inside my breast. I do check my breasts and tbh the area behind my nipple on that side has been a bit hard for awhile, last time it was like a hard flat disc behind it, I put it down to the fact I'm on the pill and hormones etc but I forgot to check it again until today when its much bigger.

What should I do? Phone the GP on Monday and tell them this? Has anyone had the same? I'm 39.
