Cervical cancer or not???

Hi, I'm looking for a little advice as I'm really confused tbf so is my GP! Ok here goes so I'm 35 have one almost adult child have been in menopause for 4 yrs no periods for 5yrs. History of dermoid ovarian cysts from age 9 (thanks puberty) left ovary gone 5yrs ago right ovary dormant 4yrs ago. Jump to present started with dull pain in lower back 1month ago like 1st stage back labour was spreading to pelvis history of horrendous bloating so was a size 24 at time. 1 month later unable to walk properly due to pain in back which spread throughout my pelvis down both legs round my lower abdomen and into my left shoulder (totally random) my GP freaked out last week when I finally got an appointment that took 2 weeks to get as by then I had dropped to a size 18. I'm unable to eat solid food as it's such a heavy pressure on my lower abdomen it's agony I can only manage 6 teaspoons of soft foods a day max. I've suddenly got mental discharge which is watery and ranges from yellowish white to pink to brown sludge no bladder or bowel control at all but never fully emptying an constant muscle contractions in lower abdomen. I'm so tired I struggle to get up the stairs pain meds not touching anything. So had bloods clear had swabs clear had smear clear HPV neg not ibs. No periods so not sure if it could be endometriosis but didn't get all these 7 yes ago when that was accidentally found during cyst removal. Any ideas anyone I'm just so over this I want my life back .

Really sorry for the novel

Thanks

  • So sorry you're going through so much.  I know how scary and mentally draining all the worry can be.  Sounds like the GP needs to arrange for more tests.  Have you had an ultrasound scan done yet? I've just had treatment for severe abnormal cervical cells and have had various symptoms since October last year and have had several tests done.  It's so hard at my ago though to know what's peri menopause or something else (I'm 44).  Make sure you go back to doctors to get some answers.  Wishing you well soon.
