I have very painful nodes in my stomach which hurt when l touch them,  l have been having lots of symptoms that indicate it can be stomach cancer plus a few other things.  I'm waiting to have tests.  I have read that swollen painful nodes in the stomach can be a sign of advanced stomach cancer.  I have also lost weight
