Bowl cancer

I was wondering if anyone had the same experience.

For the last 6/7 weeks every stool I have had has streaks of black in it, they vary in size but I have had it every time. Also I'm that time I have every so often had bright red in my stool aswell. I didn't think much of this until 2 weeks ago when I started getting a constant pain  in my lower left abdomen and a sharp pain in my upper right abomen on and off throughout the day and my bowl habits kept changing. The pain and bowl habits are not affected by food. I went to see my doctor and she asked me to do a stool sample and blood tests. Also because of covid she wanted me to send photos of the stool. After I sent the photos she referred me on fast track to the 2 week wait for the colorectal team and said if I expensive any more red blood to call 999. This was last week, the last 3 days I have had small amounts of red blood in my stool but I didn't think it was significant enough to call 999. I rang my doctors earlier and they said my blood tests came back normal and I mentioned the blood to the receptionist who said she would pass the message on to the doctor when she's next in (friday.) I have not had a letter through with the appointment and after reading some of these forums i am not sure what it could be and I am concerned that if they don't find anything at the appointment then I will not get it sorted. The pain is getting worse as the weeks go on and I am really exhausted constantly so I would really like to get it sorted
