Hi everyone,
I'm just looking for a little advice really, my daughter (13) has what the doctor now thinks is a swollen lymph node on her right collerbone it's been there a few weeks, initially we could only get a phone appointment and the doc thought maybe a cyst and nothing to worry about, or could have had a mild infection and this was a reaction, however last night she came to me after her bath and said it was still there, I had a look and a feel, it feels like a pea, but now u can see a sliwrisr in there skin which u couldn't before, I rang the docs and the doc said without hesitatation bring her down, can u take her out if school, so we went and she had a feel, saod she thinks it is a lymph node, and has a arranged for an urgent two week scan, now I know I'm rambling on a bit I apologise, but I'm so worried but hiding it well, she has no pain or tenderness around it, and stupidly googling it well u can imagine, has anyone been thru this and it has just been one of those things, again sorry for the long post, I'm just really scared for her, thank u in advance
