Liver lesions

4 x 1cm hypoechoic lesions in left lateral lobe of liver 
 

Has anyone had experience of this please? 
USS showed the above and I am now waiting for the results of a MRI scan. The scan was with Hepatobiliary contrast dye and made my feel very unwell. 
I am praying that it is benign...

jas anyone has similar please?

did you have symptoms? 
What was outcome and treatment?
