Worried, fast tracked for lower gastrointestional cancer

Hi I had blood tests last Tuesday and on Thursday got call from my doctor to say he has fast tracked me for lower gastrointestinal cancer

I've been losing blood for over a year not every day thou I've got the worse heart burn and wake up choking on sick that just comes up while sleeping I'm badly bloated I could pass for being 9 months pregnant I'm 50 years old I've not really lost any weight that's what's making me think it can't be cancer ‍♀️

ment to say the blood results showed I'm badly anemic and my iron levels are 8ug/l

Thank you I've a zoom call in the morning to discuss the colonoscopy and when il be having it think it will be nxt week some time as I've been fast tracked xx

Just quick update so I spoke to hospital I've got to go down on 19th for camara down my throat and a bowel one I'm absolutely terrified I've awful fear of hospital and needkes I wasn't expecting to have one down my throat if I'm honest so yeah I'm super scared!! X
