So since receiving my postive letter from my smear say hpv found, no abnormal cervical cells?

I have bin googling a look witch I no I shouldn't but so ashamed and scared and it came up about herpes and I just over thinking and worrying to much? But the letter says nothing to worry about but I can't sleep can eat over thinking it  

or would they have said for me to go straight back in if they thought it was something like that  

can somebody please help me
