I have recently noticed my left gland is always swollen and a slight raised lump also in neck inline with my jawline.

Where do i start.. i have been having sore throats all the time (currently on 1000mg antibiotcs. Blocked sensation in both ears, and horrific facial allergys which im waiting for prescription for 

I also have; gout, fibro, arthritis, Erythema Nodusom and tor nail fungal. I recently had bloods all clear and chest x ray for another condition which was clear.

I asked the doctor if he could check my ears and just check my glands, i was told no because of the covid pandemic (im from the uk) 

To say im stressing out is an understantment. Its been like this for 2 months, the swollen gland is moveable, the neck sometimes is. Ive just checked it but it didnt move.

I have lost alot of weight to help my joints, i dont know if they are more prominent because of the weight loss but i dont seem to be being listened too. I am a single mum and petrified. I dont have night sweats where im ringing wet, infact i rarely sweat at all.

Any info would be great. Thank you xx
