Hi,
A few weeks ago, I noticed a few lumps in neck (one on left side, one on right side, one on the left side of the front of my neck). They were all small (less than a cm I'd say and you can't see them).
I went to the doctors to get them checked out and was told they're so small and that they're nothing to worry about and that something more worrisome would be quite big and even visible.
Recently, I found another one after feeling around my neck but above my left collarbone in the supraclavicular region and google has told me that lumps in this area are almost always bad etc. So my anxiety has obviously gone through the roof, especially as I am in my 20's and lymphoma is one of the more common cancers in my age group. The lump is very moveable (I can roll it around with my fingers), feels like a buckshot or small ball/bead and is painless. I don't have any other symptoms and haven't been ill or under the weather at all. I am going to try go back to the doctor to have someone feel this but I guess what I'm trying to get from posting this is -has anyone else had small lumps in this area and they've been nothing to worry about?
google says you should never be able to feel lymph nodes in your left collarbone area, is this true even if you poke around for them?
are small palpable nodes still bad, I know large ones are more worrisome but surely each node has to start small at some point?
any responses would be appreciated
