I have had my appointment with gynaecologist and now going for a MRI on the 11 may

he's said it was a cyst on my ovary as large as an apple 10/12 cms

I am 57 not seen monthly's for 20years so am I thinking more of a chance of cancer ?

he's also given me numbers for gynaecologist specialist nurses but not sure what there role is

I'm glad to hear it's not too long to wait for the next appointment - I hope that it comes around quickly and that you find out more about what's going on shortly afterwards.
Any questions about what you've been told so far, it's best to speak to your doctor/specialist if you can.
