Hi everyone, I'm really just...I needed to put this somewhere.

I started experiencing long period towards the end of last year. One lasted twelve days, called the doc, they said it might be a one off. I had another one start on 30th January and it's not stopped since. It's either on and off or just super full on. Either tacky brown discharge or super bright fresh blood and clots.

I had an ultrasound last week and they said my endometrium was 17mm so a little thickened but normal but now he's said I need my cervix checking for cancer and I'm utterly utterly terrified. He said the word. I just... I feel sick to my core.

I've had to be prescribed Provera for the bleeding as thirteen weeks straight can drive a lass mad! I'm being checked for anaemia and having an urgent gynae referral for two weeks but a cervix examination at the docs next Wednesday. 

I don't even know why I'm posting. I'm just..really really scared.
