I had a biopsy done on my endometrium/cervix area today, the doctor said the wait time will be around 3 weeks for results if anything's picked up will they get in contact with me sooner? Plus who is likely to contact me regarding result as the gynaecology clinic I had biopsy taken at isn't at the hospital it was in a doctors surgery and the gynaecologist I saw didn't book me a follow up appointment? Am I right in thinking my gp are likely to give me the results? I wasn't thinking right as I didn't know I was having a biopsy done until I was at the appointment so I didn't think to ask any questions and now I have processed it I am thinking of what I should have asked! I am 22 and quite scared of what's to come I know statistics are on my side but it doesn't stop me worrying
