Been referred to breast clinic but now can't find the lump

Heya just looking for some advice, I found a lump on my right breast a week ago I have been to the doctors and they have referred me to the breast clinic for some more tests, but today I now can't feel the lump so I'm just worrying why I can't feel the lump. I had some shooting pain up my armpit prior to finding the lump. But surely the lump couldn't of just disappeared. Any advice would really be appreciated

Welcome to Cancer Chat. It's good to hear you have a referral for this - I'm not too sure why the lump may have disappeared, but you'll be able to find out more about this at the clinic and hopefully this will give you peace of mind.
I hope it's not too long to wait until the appointment.

Thankyou for the advice I'm just worrying as I can now feel the lump but it had moved to underneath my nipple area, my appointment is tomorrow so I'm hoping I will find out what it can be.
