Morning 

I was referred by my doctor (which I haven't seen in person) for an urgent ENT appointment (it's this morning at 10am) 

I have a lump on my hard palette that's been there for months the dentist didn't seem concerned but the doctor obviously feels different from just a phone call. 

im starting to panic now because I feel like my lymph nods are swollen in my neck. 
I'm really scared of leaving my boys they are only 6 and 1 and all I can think about is how I won't be here to see them grow. 

I feel like I can't talk to anyone at home because they all just say you haven't seen anyone yet blah blah but they don't understand how I feel.
