Can Lymphoma in groin cause pain in the groin and leg

Hey yall

Second post in this forum - so still waiting for a biopsy to confirm or rule out lymphoma. I've already posted my story so far in my last post. But as I'm waiting for a lymph node biopsy of my groin (fingers crossed it's next week) I've started to get a deep pain In my right groin and aching in my right leg feels like it's pulsing! Has anyone has anything similar? I'm wondering if a lymph node is possibly getting bigger pressing on a nerve or blood vessel or something? Anyone experiencing anything like this?

I'm trying not to overthink and connect dots where their are none but I'm obviously quite anxious about any new little pain or symptom that pops up?

  • Hi Arj,

Firstly I hope it's not long to wait to get all the information you need to find out what's going on. Any concerns regarding new symptoms, I'd suggest discussing with your doctor at the next opportunity. If it's causing a lot of worry or pain at the moment, you can give them a call ahead of your booked next appointment - otherwise, you can discuss it at that appointment.

I hope you're able to find out more soon.

    All the best,
