Hello Anne and a big welcome to Cancer Chat, 

It's good that you are having both matters investigated: the lump in your breast as well as your shoulder and arm pain issues. I hope that you have your X Ray and blood test results soon and that they can tell you more about what is causing this shoulder problem. 

 Just today I was welcoming another lady who also found a similar-sized lump on her right breast and I thought you two would have a lot to say to one another to support each other as you are waiting to be seen at the breast clinic. You can read [@Shads]‍ 's thread and feel free to respond to it if you wish. 

I hope you get some answers soon for both your issues and that it all turns out to be fine.
