I had a FNA on my thyroid and a lymph node. There isn't that much to say really. Felt a bit like pricking yourself on a needle. Bit of a sting but only while they were doing it. I went straight back to work afterwards (and one of my students asked why I'd a plaster on my neck and if I'd been "stung by a bee."

I had an appointment a week later to get the results.
