For the past few months, I've been experiencing dull ache all over my body in my joints, but also in my bones.
It all started with my knees. I've gained a lot of weight during the lockdown so I wanted to start exercicing again, at home. I used to do barbell workout and could easily do squats with 40 kg barbells.
this time though, I started slow, with only 5kg but after 2 or 3 sessions, I started feeling a lot of pain in my knees so I stopped. I then tried online fitness classes but had to stop again after 2 or 3 sessions because my shins were burning. Even after stopping all exercices, the pain in my shins wouldn't go. It lasted for weeks. Even walking up stairs would make it worst.
I thought all of this was due to me being overweight. I started a diet but the pain "extended". Now I feel this dull pain on again off again in my shins, knees, elbows, sometimes in my hands (fingers and back of my hands), upper back, ribs, pelvis...
It seems like sugar consumtption makes it worst but I'm not sure. The pain is never severe, just dull a burning sensation.
Besided that, I'm not losing much weight, despite my diet, i'm not especially tired or have any other noticable symptoms.
Just that my sleep schedule is completely upside down. I can't sleep before 4-5 AM and wake up around noon.
I'm very worried this could be bone cancer, myeloma or lympoma. I'm a 42 years old female. Did any of you ever experienced this ?
