Hi just wanted to try to reassure you , I have had this twice and it's just a simple procedure of having them removed . Like you I had heavy pains and very heavy periods and bleeding twice over 3 years that made my life hell . The first time the cysts were removed by laparoscopy and I was fine for a little while but they did come back so the second time they gave me a scrape to remove all the lining of the womb so they couldn't grow again . It was day surgery and I have been ok since . Really nothing to worry about but best to get sorted . I hope this helps x
