It's always a tad scary when unexplained lumps and bumps appear but unfortunately no-one here can diagnose you or tell you what this is. As it's playing on your mind and causing you some pain it would be best to book an appointment with your GP as they'll be able to examine it and let you know if it's any cause for concern.
