I'm so sorry to hear that you're dealing with some health problems at the moment that have resulted in an urgent referral to a specialist. It's understandable that you're feeling scared and upset about what may be going on for you. I think that many of our members here will be able to empathise with just how difficult this period of uncertainty can be. 

It really can help to talk to someone at times like this. It's understandable that you may want to protect your family until you're able to give them some clear information about a diagnosis and so I'd encourage you to give our team of nurses a call.
