Gastrointestinal issues

Hey all,

I am 24 - Male

So I have had gastrointestinal problems since as long as I can remember (excessive flatulence no smell, bloating, gurgling noises) which I've always put down to lactose intolerance, since I find it hard to keep Dairy out completely of my diet.

A month or so ago I noticed that after a bowel movement, there was bright red blood on the tissue paper. I put this down to an anal fissure/hemorrhoids, as it didn't last for long and was gone after a day or two.

My stomach lately seems to be strange, I ate some Quinoa for lunch (i've been trying to eat healthier and include more fibre to my diet) and around 6-7 hours later I had a bowel movement and it came out... this seems extremely fast? I know it was definately 6-7 hours later as I haven't eaten Quinoa in over a week or so until that day.

Today I had a bowel movement in the morning and found red blood again on the tissue paper (none in the stool or as far as I could tell) I think it might be another anal fissure, but with all of the other symptoms I'm having I am not entirely sure.

I'm really afraid to go to my Doctor and to be honest embarassed... I don't know if I should just go to a GP first or if I should just wait it out and see? I feel like breaking down and crying tbh
