I'm sorry to hear that you have some health concerns at the moment which the Consultant has requested are biopsied. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious about the wait. 

It may be that because you need 3 areas biopsied that you need an appointment that is longer than a standard appointment time which is why there may have been a delay. As it's now been a few weeks since you saw the Consultant, I don't think there's any harm at all in giving the Consultant's secretary a ring to ask about when you may hear something. They're quite used to patients contacting them so maybe give them a call next week if you've still not heard.
