Please try not to worry i know its hard when you have anxiety , i suffer too from it. december 2019 i was 32 at the time, i found the same in my breast and was worried sick , I went to the doctors and they said the same that its more than likely a cyst bt referred me to the ultrasound department to have it checked. I was quick to be seen i think it was within 2 weeks. I had a scan on both breasts and there were actually more than the one i could feel. The doctor did says that these were cysts. There is something called fibrocystic breast tissue which i what mine turned out to be .Totally normal and lots of women have it and the doc recommended evening primrose for any discomfort , As i noticed i used to get achy boobs and the lumps would be more prominant at certain times of the month. Im not saying that yours is this as im not a doctor but wanted to reassure you that a lump doesnt always mean cancer. I hope you get seen soon and please try not to worry.
