First time writing here but I don't really have anyone else to talk to :-( 

so I do suffer from lumpy breast I always have but due to family history I am always sent to clinic to double check. I do have a few breast lumps and they have never gone away but always gave the all clear! A few weeks ago I noticed a lump in the shower (I'm not certain this is new) I think I may have had same lump checked in 2019 I think I can recall them saying it was fibroadenoma & was sent away. I went to clinic today the consultant said again I have very lumpy breast so to double check I had a ultrasound they found the lump and said just to be safe and it's our policy over every 29 year old can have a biopsy but she said she thinks it's fibroadenoma. I have biopsy's next Wednesday and I'm soooo scared :-( my mum is suffering with terminal cancer and think maybe that's what's making my anxiety so much worse :(  I could of had biopsy today but honestly? I jumped out the chair and ran iM not sure I can take anymore bad news
