Possible lymphoma

Almost 4 years ago I underwent a second mastectomy for breast cancer . After my first mastectomy I opted for a reconstruction using flesh from my stomach. I have never been that pleased with the outcome and had to have two hernia repairs as well. This time at the time of the mastectomy I opted for an implant which had to replace the entire breast.

To cut a long story short   2 + years ago the implant was repositioned . No mention of any unexpected problems.  More recently I kept describing  the breast as feeling so hard and heavy like a bowling ball round my neck. Fast forward to waking up from surgery to insert a much smaller implant and being told 500 ml fluid inside capsule and textured implant replaced with smooth one half the size. Had never heard of textured implants before. Now awaiting results of test for lympona. Told at least 2 weeks. Really worried. Is 500 ml a lot, is it significant? Also small swelling on wrist same side  X ray shows no fracture and told not a ganglion. Can it be related?
