Large lump on breast and smaller lump under arm

Hello

last week I found a largish lump in my breast, which I'm almost sure  wasn't there a month ago, I made and appointment to see the gp who examined me and also found a lump under my arm and is now urgently referring me to the breast clinic 

I'm absolutely beside myself with worry, I know it can be loads of different things and not necessarily cancer, but can't stop thinking about it. Just feel like crying all the time but not wanting my family to worry

dont even know why I've posted I haven't really got a question

    Try not to worry- hard as it is. 
    The breast clinics will examine you and give you a mammogram. They will give you the results there and then of an initial diagnosis with a definitive one up to 10 days later. 
    The smaller lump could be your lymph nodes.
