Hello All,
I recently had my covid vaccine - I noticed my shoulder / collarbone was sensitive when I touched it a day after I noticed I had a small, moveable, lump.
I spoke to the GP on the phone (because of covid) she said it's likely a lymph node from the jab. I went away and still wasn't happy as no one saw me... so I called back and spoke to a different GP... she didn't sound worried either, but called me in... I saw her, she felt it and didn't blink an eye lid... but said she would give me a blood test for peace of mind.
I rang back to get the results and spoke to a further GP... my blood tests were completely normal.... I explained it to him too and he also didn't seem like he was concerned.
I work at a private hospital, so went to see a consultant dermatologist on his lunch break ( he has had a special interest in lumps and bumps for 28 years ) - he wasn't worried, said it was small like a little finger tip size, it was moveable etc... and then he said come and see me in three weeks for a follow up. I went back, he said there's been no change. So he wasn't worried...
I have severe health anxiety and Google is sending me through the roof...
has anyone had a supraclavicular node story and it not be sinister??
I suffer with breast acne, could this cause the swelling???
